Just a quick tidbit for everyone, because PERSONALLY when I understand something, it’s much easier to make healthy choices (read: “WILLPOWER”). Look at this chart! Unrefined plant food consumption (meaning, GOOD stuff, food that hasn’t been altered, pulverized, changed or PROCESSED) verses killer diseases (cancers and heart disease). The countries that consume the most healthy (the green bars) unrefined foods had a direct correlation of the lowest rates of diseases! So when you’re out partying tonight (it IS Saturday after all! 😎 ) order a dinner that is as plant-based as possible! Kay, that was my two cents for the day…..
